William Mandell
William got a taste for magic as a child. It all started with a book titled, “Mark Wilson’s Complete Course in Magic.” Though many years and life changes would pass before he would work professionally as a magician. After completing an enlistment in the Marines, William completed a bachelors degree in Fire Protection Engineering. After several years of working as a fireman, he realized he was missing out on his calling to be a performer. An unusual opportunity came to him to direct an interactive theater show in Brazil. While directing the show, he incorporated magic that he learned as a child into the production. This was the spark that started his journey into magic. William would go on to perform magic all over Brazil until he returned to the United States and moved to Las Vegas in 2017. Since then, William has worked as a restaurant magician while performing for private parties and corporate events.
William comes from a long line of performers. His grandfather, Daniel Mandell was an acrobat for vaudeville and would later win 3 Oscars for film editing. His father also won an Emmy for film editing. In addition to being a magician, William is also a produced screenwriter and has worked on a number of local independent film productions. He maintains a presence on IMDb.
